We won a gift certificate for teh shop and I bought 2 beautiful items at christmastime--a decorated tree and an exquisite floral birdcage table decoration--one that I have in my dining room. Their floral designs are unique and always reflect the latest trends, the flowers are fresh and long lasting and the sales staff is courteous and knowledgable. When in a rush for time I love using their website as it is easy to navigate and offers a large selection of lovely arrangements and plants. Otherwise, a trip to Ah Sam is a must -- not only do they offer a large selection of 50% off fresh flowers everyday, but they also have a large greenhouse with what seems like every plant imaginable, a wide variety of pots, planters, baskets and vases, and a large retail space filled with lovely silk flowers and arrangements and unique gift items for the home. Ah Sam is awesome!

this place is absolutely beautiful. they have such a great selection, i never come out disappointed. the staff is very well educated about flowers and are really polite, friendly amd helpful. because their flowers are of such high quality they are quite expensive but they have some beautiful floral arrangement that can be used for any and all ocassions. they are really helpful, i went in for a party with no idea of what i wanted and they were so helpful, they helped me find something perfect for the price range that i was willing to spend. if you go during christmas time, it looks really amazing in there. PROS: really nice floral arrangements CONS: expensive

In comparsion to the arrangement in the sotre, my arrangement I ordered was not the same quality. I was really disappointed and embarassed becasue I ordered the flower for a loved ones birthday. The arrangement was not what I requested at all. THough it had the flowers I asked for, the way it was arranged look liked a kid did it. Their response time to act on my complaint was the next day not the same day. I will not order from them again.
