Bay Area's BEST Optometrist and absolutely courteous and resourceful staff ! They spend time with you in anyway possible and their time frame estimates are right on the money! If I wasn't WOW'ed - I would not currently have over 10 pairs of new eyeglasses for my daily choice of eyeglass / wardrobe selection of the day. If I did not feel like welcome'd , it's understable since if you are swamped with clients, they take it one at a time , right on time for pickups . Signed, Guy who will own 30 pairs by Chistnas 2008. The staff ad the DR are very accomodating - got selections, insurance is accepted (case to case ) of course, just like being in HEAVEN with Red A. while in the Boston game.

Great doctor and staff. Doctor was nice and very knowledgeable. Fit me with contacts I could not get fit elsewhere. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My eyes were red all the time and my co-workers thought I was crying at work! I finally went to see Dr. Na and he told me that my eyes were very dry because of my hard contacts. He had me switch to soft lenses and my eyes are no longer red! Also, the staff was really friendly. I?m going back next year for my glasses. They had nice Gucci frames there.

I still went there out of convenience: same story, I finally cancelled my order after waiting for 3.5 weeks... I agree with one of the reviewers: I dealt with 2 sales clerks: one was very nice and the other not at all. I found their attitude bad, not even apologizing for the delay and the inconvenience caused by the store ... I've been wearing glasses for 20+ years, it's my first bad experience with a optometry store. I would not recommend that place... PROS: CONS: very slow service (if any), customer- unfriendly attitude

When first coming in here and meeting Dr. Tom, I was very satisfied. As of now, he is on sabbatical and the office is in complete CHAO! As nice as he is, the new optometrist does not seem to be accurate in his readings. The assistances are complete clueless. Out of the four I've seen, 2 of them are VERY nice and 2 of them are just mean and unfriendly. The staff promises, yet fails to meet your needs. When it's clear that the patients are right, they try to blame you anyhow. I have been running back and forth into this place weeks after weeks to get things corrected. Some of the staff plainly will not help you, even when the orders do not come through and it is plainly the company's fault. The pricing of this place isn't even that great. I have been chatting with other customers waiting and they agree that the store has changed for the worst. This will definitely be my last annual visit with them.

Before, I felt this optometry practice was cheating me (money wise and such). But I guess that's just what they charge. Sometimes their glasses are on sale. If you plan on getting contacts, they DON'T carry brand names (private lables). So, pretty much you have to buy it from them. They said their solutions are cheap (cheaper than Target): 3 bottles for $25, so I bought it from them. Target sold it for about $6 each. I was pretty mad, but Dr. Tom is a great optometric. There is one lady who gave me attitude when I first walked in, but after I told her I had an appointment, she became a little bit nicer. The other assistants are very nice. Also, the practice is pretty clean.
