I have never been treated as good as i was treated at Mimis. Everyone was so friendly and seemed to really care about me and my family. The manager even stopped by just to make sure everything was great. The food was outstanding and very affordable.

The assistant manager does not possess any leadership skills what so ever. She is sloppy and extremely rude. I love Peets but until upper management realizes that she is a problem I will patronize other coffee houses in the area or go out of my way to visit other Peets locations.
Pros: The best coffee ever!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: poor customer service from management

I've been going to Jamba Juice for forever and I've gone to MANY different locations, and they all have the same great taste, quality, and satisfying customer service. My favorite smoothie that they have is the Banana Berry because it's not too citrus-y. On a hot summer day, their largest size cools me off. I don't recommend the free boosts. They make the smoothies unpleasant.

Little intimidating when you see their huge tea and coffee selection. And the service, well, I felt like I was supposed to know exactly what to do in their tiny space. But the strong, delicious brew more than made up for it once I figured out that the brews of the day are self-serve. And it feels good to grab a cup somewhere besides Peet's or Starbucks!
