One thing I love about them is that they allow after hours and pickup after hours - they'll just charge your card and leave it on the street. They are competent and courteous. What impressed me was I had a burnt out head light and they just changed it within 5 minutes and charged us only for the part, no labor. To be fair, it wasn't a huge job, but I guess we're jaded to getting soaked for car repairs and this just earned our loyalty. We have referred friends and have never heard any negative feedback.

I only went to Honda Hospital twice before I got my new car, but the second time it was really a bad experience. First of all I had my car towed there because I thought they could look at it that day and they didn't even look at it the first day (even the crappy dealer would have looked at it that day). Then they had to order a part from Honda and told me it would be done by 3 pm. I waited because I thought it would be done but around 3 when I called (they never called me with an update) they said that the part hadn't arrived so it would take another day. I was really upset because I had put on hold a car trip because I thought my car was going to be ready when I could have left earlier if I had known nothing was happening. I go to another dealer now.
