We go there for shopping when necessary. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. Everyone knows they offer a lot of selection at reasonable prices and also offer variable coupons very often.
One time we needed to change the light bulb, they let us borrow their tools so we could change the light bulb right away!

Couldn't believe how fast i was in and out of the costco pharmacy. The prescription was called in prior and i picked it up within 30 secs of asking the girl at the desk. Saved a ton of time. The cost of their prescritions are much less than any pharmacy too. I have a Kaiser card but get all my prescriptions and contacts filled at Costco.

Pros: Super fast service at pharmacy. Can't say much for the customer service line though.
Cons: Closed on Weekends

I went in to have a couple tires installed and I was very impressed with the people who worked there. Plus, they have a very comfortable waiting area. I definitely recommend this place for new tires, tire rotation, allignment work, etc.
Pros: Comfy waiting area, Very fast service
