I'm not a big car guy, but it seems like these guys gave it to me straight and now my car runs like a champ again. I'll be sure to come back if I have any other problems. At least I know better than to go to the stealership where you always get ripped off. Since they have Wi-Fi I also got to play around on the internet while I waited for my car.

The staff were like regular people. I asked them questions, and they answered them. No games, they didn't try to sell me a new car and since I had my laptop I got some work done on their free hotspot while I waited. I'm bringing my wife's car in next week just to have them take a look at it. Hopefully it will just be a sensor or something easy.
Pros: Very knowledgeable and reasonable prices
Cons: didn't have my car for a while

This place is going out of business. They do not take care of their customers. If you do get your bike serviced there, there's a good chance you'll be taking your bike to a real shop soon thereafter. Save your money and find another dealer. if you must buy a Hardley, go to El Cajon. They fixed everything that the inexperienced Biggs mechanics messed-up and that the Biggs management would not make right. Hence - you treat your customers poorly and you go out of business. The sooner, the better.
Pros: big parking lot
Cons: poor service, inexperienced mechanics, dishonest management
