The Coach House is borderline "dive bar" thanks to its longevity (read: it's a bit OLD), but fortunately it provides an intimate atmosphere for bands and fans. Over the years, I've seen Aimee Mann, Teitur, Jonatha Brooke...and I nearly saw Neil Finn, but I wasn't quick enough with the tickets. Dinner reservations get you a good seat, but this place is fairly small and therefore few "bad seats". The food is just ok: there isn't a great deal to choose from, and that steak you order medium rare might end up rare or medium well. Again, go to see your favorite musicians in the intimacy of a small venue: this is so rare these days, it truly must be taken advantage of.

Coachhouse is a welcoming, creative food outlet; you can choose the type and contents of your sandwich, and a drink and chips. There are many kinds of sandwiches, not too expensive, and all the food has a rustic, healthy taste. Overall, it's a great place with great food at a great price. Music is also wonderful with local bands playing. Come here how the different band interepret their own kinds of music!
