I only eat at vegetarian restaurants when I'm out with my family. There aren't that many, but this is one of the ones we like. I can't remember what we've ordered, but we got suggestions from the waiter, and most of the dishes were good.
They also have easy take-out service. My dad and I usually get a big cup of their cold noodles each. Cheap stuff and good too.
They're also very accomodating - we don't take onion/garlic/leek, and they've done a good job making sure that our dishes don't have those ingredients.

I have eaten in the restaurant and ordered to-go food from this place. Honestly, to-go is your best option. I waited over half an hour just to order dishes and have some water when I opted for the seated meal. What is worse, is that the place wasn't even busy and customers who arrived to have a seated meal long after I did were being served their meals, and I hadn't even gotten my water or ordered dishes yet. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Also, in my own opinion, most of the food is overly salty and many of the dishes tasted the same, even though it is vegetarian.
Pros: Good price for take-out food
Cons: Seated dining service

Great vegetarian pho and spring rolls. I just stopped there once for takeout as they were closing, but it appeared to be a pretty authentic Vietnamese place, in a strip mall near the Silver Creek area of south San Jose. Good food, and worth another try. I'm not sure if the owners are traditional buddhist vegetarians, or part of the vegetarian cult that runs the Vegetarian House restaurant on Santa Clara street, downtown.

I came here on Sunday June 3 and sat down over 3 hours to look something. Everyone was so nice to ask together. Owner and waiters were so very happy to answer any questions. Even I sat there over 3 hours, tea and water was serviced.
Food was delicious and everywhere was so clean.
Thanks
Pros: food, service, environment
Cons: no problem

This was my first vegetarian restaurant and one of my favorite. Sunday's can be a little hectic around there, but your always seated promptly, and the food is delicious! They also server Black Pearl/Tapioca Ball drinks. Their take out section is delicious, though sometimes it's a little cold. I highly recommend!
Pros: Service, Take Out, Drinks, Ambience

I've heard a lot about DiLac and landed there today by default, but will definitely go back many more times. The shredded "pork" and boiled "shrimp" in the fresh spring rolls had the perfect texture and taste. The BBQ pork/char sui in the chow fun was delicious! Dilac serves delicious Vietanmese and Chinese dishes with delicate, clean delicious tasting "meats" and "seafoods" that aren't masked in sauces or oils which many meat and "meat" serving restaurants too often do.
