Ambiance - very nice ambiance and the outdoor patio is wonderful, even for those cool nights its perfect. Listening to the live music feels just great. The noise level can be deafening for some, but for Gordon Biersch’s habitués, that’s part of the attraction.
Food - Food here is simple and good. Portions are often too large to one. That makes it hard to drink more beer.
Service - It doesn't matter whether i'm sitting outside or inside, the service is always great.
Beer - the beer is always refreshing especially when sitting outdoors. The beers here are great, especially the seasonal brews.
They have other branches too, but i have only been to the san jose branch.
