Cause she was nothing but God sent for us. She was attentive, took care of even the minutest of our queries and problems. Had the right things and advice for us all time and was available anytime. We are very happy with her and would love to do business with her again

I was pleased with the management and maintenance when I first moved in over a year ago, but I've decided not to renew my lease after I've watch this place slowly degrade.
One Pearl Place is a luxury apartment complex located near a light rail station, next door to low-income housing. It's often noisy in the mornings and late at night. You'll often hear sirens heading towards the apartments across the way.
Parking is also a problem inside and outside of the garage. Tenants don't seem to know the difference between an actual parking stall and illegal parking. Parking outside is usually taken by non-residents.
Maintenance response time has also slowed since the complex opened and the security guard that used to roam the grounds is long gone. We are also being charged for water and sewer (most apt complexes pay the sewer and water utilities) .
Despite the problems, there are a lot of amenities. The complex has a quarter-length pool, hot tub, and a small gym. The gym consists of a multi-purpose weight machine, two bikes, two ellipticals and a treadmill. The front desk also does provide a concierge service that signs for packages. They also have a deal with directTV, so satellite TV installation is quick and easy.

Moving sucks! I had to move last minute when my landlord sold the house, so I called Go Pro Moving. They sent someone out to give me an estimate, pretty reasonable compared to the other guys that quoted me. Plus they could do it within 2 weeks, which I needed. I had them pack and move me over 2 days, and I'm happy to say nothing was broken or scratched.
Really great guys, worked hard, fast and carefully, and they actually had a good sense of humor which made the day go by fast. I Will definitely use them again when I move in 6 months

I have moved in and out of San Jose because of my job, and each time I used different San Jose movers. That is until I found out just how efficient and professional the people at Fix Price Move are.
