i once received an advertisement from help-u-sell that proclaimed that selling a house isn't rocket science, so you shouldn't pay your agent like one. yes, today, a growing number of people are trying to say that it's not worth so much to them to hire a good realtor. no, it's not rocket science. i've studied spacecraft dynamics and control in grad school, so i know a little thing or two about rocket science. however, let me tell you this: selling or buying a house seems pretty darn easy... until something goes wrong! then, in those cases, you'll sure wish you had someone good on your side. hiring a realtor, in some ways, is like hiring a lawyer. this person needs to represent your best interest. also, hiring a realtor is like buying insurance, you never feel you got your money's worth unless something goes wrong; but do you really want anything to go wrong???
in any case, what i'm saying is that there are many johnny come lately realty offices in the bay area with its valuable real estate and all, but i would only trust the best, and century 21 alpha has been around for a long time as the area's leader. they really know their stuff.
my personal suggestion is to call up century 21 alpha and ask either for kaela or lifong.

Even though Ventura is small but its no way less comparable to any of the big shots. Like the earlier reviewer We have nothing but good things to say about Julie. Cause she was nothing but God sent for us. She was attentive, took care of even the minutest of our queries and problems. Had the right things and advice for us all time and was available anytime. We are very happy with her and would love to do business with her again

I was pleased with the management and maintenance when I first moved in over a year ago, but I've decided not to renew my lease after I've watch this place slowly degrade.
One Pearl Place is a luxury apartment complex located near a light rail station, next door to low-income housing. It's often noisy in the mornings and late at night. You'll often hear sirens heading towards the apartments across the way.
Parking is also a problem inside and outside of the garage. Tenants don't seem to know the difference between an actual parking stall and illegal parking. Parking outside is usually taken by non-residents.
Maintenance response time has also slowed since the complex opened and the security guard that used to roam the grounds is long gone. We are also being charged for water and sewer (most apt complexes pay the sewer and water utilities) .
Despite the problems, there are a lot of amenities. The complex has a quarter-length pool, hot tub, and a small gym. The gym consists of a multi-purpose weight machine, two bikes, two ellipticals and a treadmill. The front desk also does provide a concierge service that signs for packages. They also have a deal with directTV, so satellite TV installation is quick and easy.

I have moved in and out of San Jose because of my job, and each time I used different San Jose movers. That is until I found out just how efficient and professional the people at Fix Price Move are. Now I only have one number to call, and I no longer shop around. I recommend them to all of my friends!

Moving sucks! I had to move last minute when my landlord sold the house, so I called Go Pro Moving. They sent someone out to give me an estimate, pretty reasonable compared to the other guys that quoted me. Plus they could do it within 2 weeks, which I needed. I had them pack and move me over 2 days, and I'm happy to say nothing was broken or scratched.
Really great guys, worked hard, fast and carefully, and they actually had a good sense of humor which made the day go by fast. I Will definitely use them again when I move in 6 months

The management staff needs Public Relations class very badly... especially Terry. They are so very arrogant.
If there is a maintenance issue, these so called
maintenance staff makes you feel miserable.
I had my parents visiting me ... Terry called me and fired me as if I had committed some illegal activites.
DO NOT expect your deposit back.... However well mainted your aparment is... they have all the loop holes to swindle you deposit.
I lived there for over a year... I am glad that I move out..
If you have a choice, please do not rent the lUXURIOUS CHERRY WOODS APARTMENT....
