Pizza Antica makes thin artisan pizza; we think the small is a better deal than the large. They also offer some great salads and soups, sometimes vegetarian. There can be a long wait, but you can put your name in and stroll around Santana Row. We got take-out once, and they put meat in the salad I ordered without meat.

Pizza Antica is a great pizza place at the beginning of Santana Row in San Jose. The waiting line for this place is long if you arrive later than 6pm on a Friday, Saturday , or Sunday. Their pizza is close to New York Style in that it is thin. However, their twist is that it is paper thin pizza. They have about 10 different stype pizzas from meat topped to vegetarian. They have a wine list covering Napa Valley to France. They have many nice salads to choose from.Tables are not fancy but more utilitarian. Appropriate for families or business situations. Parking is difficult if you arrive later than 6 pm
