To be honest, I didn't think the pizza from Amici's was too impressive. This is probably one of the more expensive pizzas I have bought, and to be frank I'd have frozen taste equal or if not better. The staff is very helpful though. It might also be because I came on a slow night, they really took their time to help me select the right pizza. I ended up with the New Haven White Clam and Spicy Pepper Chicken. It's not that they were bad pizzas, it just didn't leave a very last impression which is what I was expecting since I've heard so many great things about this pizzeria. Oh well, my perfect pizza search continues.

If you get cravings for some thin crust NY style pizza, with sausage and bacon, this is the place to go! In addition, they offer a Caesar's salad with tangy anchovy dressing but no real anchovies in the salad for those of us who are put off by the look or smell of fish in our salad. Nice wood tables and both times my husband and I have been there, there have been no waits, although they do take reservations. For vegetarians, they offer artichoke-non tomato based pizzas. For pasta-holics, they have a great pesto penne pasta dish. Even our children like this place.
