Habana Cuba is amazing. Although I've only been here once, I'm going to go ahead and declare this one of my favorite restaurants. A friend of mine from Miami who claims to really know her Cuban food raved about this place being the best in the San Jose. Needless to say, she was dead-on. Off appetizers alone I was already full. The plate I ordered was the seafood cioppino. It came with all the goodies: clams, shrimp, lobster, and bass that literally just melts in your mouth. The plate came out pipping hot but was so good it didn't stop me from biting into it. Another recommendation would be my husband's dish, the lechon de la Cubana. Ever since I've gone I've been telling all my friends about my experience. Nice ambiance, huge portions on food, very attentive staff, I'd go back to Habana Cuba in a heartbeat.

Aqui has become our favorite restaurant. The one in Willow Glen is the one we usually go to, but we like the one in Campbell also, and the food is consistant. Not only is the food great, the prices are good, the drinks are good, and ALL the people that work there are outstanding. Everybody is cheerfull and helpfull. I'm not crazy about the new aluminum chairs. It does get pretty busy sometimes, but it is well worth it.

Those Chile Verde Super Burritos with HOT sauce....Someone hold me down...I am going to eat myself to death...
If you get stuff to go, just ask for tons of hot sauce...They are more than willing to give you more...My first time in there I was a bit taken back- but noticed EVERYONE had a bottle of the signature HOT sauce...
Such a great alternative to Jack in the Box, Pizza My Heat, and that horrible place Iguanas around the corner....This place actually has a bit more customer service and the food is to die for!
If you are going to park, try parking on the other side of the street, or over at McDonald's....
Pros: Open till 3AM, Best Hot Sauce, Inexpensive, Friendly Service, Downtown, Great for after the Bars...
Cons: Easily Addicting...

We absolutely love this place. The fish is very fresh and plenty of choices to chose from. You have to try the Godzilla Roll! Lots of parking, great service although a little on the slow side so don't go when you're starving like we always seem to do. A+
Pros: Fresh Fish, a lot of parking, and great friendly people
Cons: Service can be slow- usually one to two chefs

Henry's has been around for a very long time and I have been going there since the mid 80's. Every time I have gone, I have had great food. The experience is different from other restaurants. Henry?s can be very crowded, especially if there is a Shark's game going on. When you get there, you need to take a number and wait for them to take your order. The menu is on the wall along with the prices of the meals. But whatever you do order, you will not be disappointed. I personally do not care for the "butter" that the put on the baked potato so I ask for plain butter. You have to order their mushrooms, as this is a great side dish with your food. Yes it can be a bit pricey, but the food is great!!! I would recommend this place if you love BBQ meats. If you bring friends from outside the area, when you pull up, they may say you have to be kidding. But once they taste the food, they will thank you for bringing them there. Parking can be hard, again especially when there is a Shark?s game going on that evening.
Pros: Steaks, mushrooms and all of the other food
Cons: parking

This restaurant was rather difficult to find, we were not local, we got lost a bit. Luckily we did not give up the search , we had the phone number and called for direction, and the result was quite worthy of our effort . This restaurant was lovely. Our dinner was nothing but memorable. We ordered a bottle of Sea Smoke Southing Pinot Noir, we'd had this wine before, so we were happy to see it on the wine list. We were shocked to see the price of Sea Smoke there, and wondered if the price was right, because we'd paid higher cost at a wine shop, and it was supposed to be more expensive at a restaurant, not in this case at Elements, the price was a bit lower. So we wanted to see it, and..voila, it was exactly the same Sea Smoke we'd had a few months ago in South CA. We would have loved to order the second bottle, but they only limited one per table, it was perhaps the only unhappy moment of the night. The food was excellent, my husband had the Australian rack of lamb, he said it was the best he'd ever had, it was cooked as the way he liked it. My pepper-crusted Ahi Tuna was so fresh, lightly seared as I had requested, the sauce was light and favorful, the mango salsa completed the dish with a tangy, refreshing finish. I'd give this dish 5 stars for quality and presentation, and an extra star for the reasonable price ($20.00). Not to mention the butternut squash soup, it was instantly becoming my favorite; my husband ordered the soup (I normally didn't care much about butternut squash), but he gave me a taste and I had to have it for myself. Overall, our first time dinning at Elements was nothing but satisfaction. We will definitely come back and bring our kids, they have menu for children, something we don't see often at up-scale restaurant. We give 5 stars for the food, 5 stars for the reasonable prices, 5 stars for service, 5 stars for the ambience (including beautifu

What can I say ? I am French, and I am most critical of American's that profess to serve French Food. I was very depressed to have been sent on business to San Jose. Hoping that I may partake of the exquisite food of
in San Francisco. It was not meant to be. I asked the
concierge of my hotel if there was any decent food within walking distance, and he recommended Emile's Restaurant. It was a brisk walk through a colorful neighborhood. When I arrived, I was greeted with great flourish by the Maitre'D and escorted to a quiet candlelit table. What can I say? I have not seen a dining room as beautiful and elegant in quite some time. It has a patina of another time. Perhaps Paris or Zurich in the 50's. When I was a child my Papa would take me to the finest restaurants throughout Europe and Emile's is of that class. It was a pleasure to just sit and sip my wine and allow wonderful memories to flow over me.
For my starter, I had the Prawns over a Lobster Cake. I could have easily made a feast of the garlic sauce and Fresh French Banquette. Upon the Maitre'D's advice I had their house Mimosa salad. Butter leaves dressed beautifully with coarse chopped egg on top. Elegant in its simplicity. For my entree, I chose the Duck. Typically, American's fall flat when preparing Duck. It is always either too dry, or overly sauced or worse,..both. These little duck breasts were prepared perfectly. The Grand Marnier Sauce was carefully drizzled over not sloshed on. The vegetables were like candy. The Mashed Sweet Potatoes were as smooth as silk. For dessert, i chose the Apple Tarte. One could not have expected better in any Parisian shop. The tarte came with a dollop of Fresh Pistachio Ice Cream. It was meal memories are made of. I was so saddened that I couldn't share it with my friends.
Pros: Memories of Old Paris
Cons: Well.....It is not in Paris!

Bogey's pizza is probably the best. It's not much to look at and one would be tempted to pass it by without giving it a second thought, but they would be making a mistake in doing so because it really is quite good. If you like pizza and you live in the area, you would be a damn fool not to eat here.
