When WAMU bought our my old bank, I was disappointed. For the first year or so their customer service was slow and lacking in actual service. Somewhere along the way, things got better and now I really like this bank. Their rates are usually pretty good. ATM always works. Lines are not too long inside.

Washington Mutual is great for its free checking accounts. This location is especially good because of the very fast service. Everyone there has a good attitude and will treat you very well. You will never feel uncomfortable there. The service is definately an 11 out of 10. If it's around the busy times of the day, go to this bank for an expedient transaction.

We have gone to this H&R block for several years to get our taxes done and we have always come out with money coming back to us. They are really friendly and the agents take the time to explain what things mean as well as explaining things we can do to help get a bigger return for the next year. We are ones that like to wait to the last minute and have never had a problem getting an appt here. There are so many other services they offer as well - just inquire! We will go back next year as well...
