Frustrated with traditional medicine? Anna specializes in acupuncture for women and is also a chinese herbalist. The information, advice and treatment she's provided me and my friends is invaluable. As someone who has a fear of needles, I never thought I'd be a fan or patient of acupuncture. But I'm thoroughly surprised every time I visit Anna there's no pain.

Okay, I know you wanted someone in the city. However, when I was living in SF, I used to drive about 40 minutes out towards Los Gatos to go to my dentist. The whole staff is very friendly, conscientious, and professional. I HATE going to the dentist, and Dr. Vu started out with this other dentist my mom used to work for in the city. He spread out and I followed up.
The prices are a bit steep. But they're very careful with cleanings. Also, the place is pretty high tech--if you wanted, you can ask them to show you what they are doing on screen. I however, prefer to use the screen to watch DVDs. That's right, movies while you get your teeth cleaned.

I've been to this place for several years now and the environment is a very nice and friendly. They are very accepting of personal health care and make the experience as easy as they can. They try to be your friend and actually try to make you feel comfortable. It is a good place to go to if you are looking for a great orthodontist.

Because of an old highschool varsity baseball injury way back in the day, I was introduced to the fascinating world of acupuncture. I still have not quite gotten over how strange it is to voluntarily allow yourself to be stabbed repeatedly by a hoard of needles. I know most patients eventually get used to the feeling ang even grow to look forward to it. My rotator cuff injury acts up every now and then, so I end up going back to my doctor every few months. I recommend Dr. Fareh (sp?). He is very accurate and dextrous.

The assistant pharmacist took my slip and entered in my information, notifying me that it should only take 10 minutes because it was a common antibiotic that they already had ready on the shelves. Now, I don't know if she just told that same story to everybody to calm them(a few of the seniors were grumbling), but she was totally off and the wait was much longer. Everything else went as expected.

There's nothing really special that sets San Jose Pharmacy from your local pharmacy. Although the service is friendly, I find it no different than your local Walgreens or any other pharmacy. Like any other pharmacy, the fufill orders for medication from your doctor. I think a pharmacy such as this depends really on location. If you are within the area and need to pick up your medicine, San Jose Pharmacy would be a good palce to go to.
