I have never been accosted by a so called "business manager" as I have with this company. We tried to cancel an order, when tried to so was verbally attack to the point where my wife didn't want to return to the store. They would not issue a full credit even 20 minutes after high pressure sales tactic were used. Don't go there!!

Check with local Best Business Bureau first before doing business with them. This is not credited business and I just found out, which is too late, that there were many complains filed against this business. The owner, Mr. Vahid Lahijani refused to cooperate at any level to correct his mistakes, including scheduling delivery, messed up order and refund. He decided whatever he want to do and say however he is pleased. It is bad deal for buyers. Avoid doing business with him would have saved us lots of trouble. There are plenty of honest business in the area, help the good one and do not waste money on this cheap service and their low quality product. They aren't cheap consider the waste of money and time that I got. There was no written return/refund or warranty policy or detail product information in case you want to keep track of things. If anyone knew what they would tell you later about their return or refund policy, no one would dare to buy furnitures from them in the first place. If you really like what you saw, it will be wise to use all your cautious taking all the product information including a good pictures (but if you do that, you will most likely to be kicked out of door) since working with them later when things go wrong will be very unpleasant.

This business is not a BBB credited business. After witnessing how the owner lie through his teeth about their service and saw the product they actually delivered, and how they handle any complain, I highly recommend all potential customers check with local BBB (Best Business Bureau of Silicon Valley) first and find out the complains against the company before giving them trust and your money including your credit card, because once you do so, it is just the beginning of a hight mare.

Recently I visited Woodpeckers Furniture to find a stand for my TV. I was very impressed with the selection there and especially their attitude about me not ultimately buying the stand. The salesperson was very sincere and told me everything that I needed to know about different woods, styles, and ventilations, which I needed for my TV components. At any rate, I may or may not go back, but I had a wonderful experience with them.

I have been shopping around for an entertainment center and I found it at woodpeckers. I shopped at few stores including the one down the street from the new woodpecker location and you can't even compare the quality to the ones at woodpeckers. The salesman at woodpeckers was very helpful and they have truly earned my business with their quality, price and customer service

Few weeks ago I bought my bedroom set form Woodpeckers Furniture and yesterday they delivered it. Only thing I must say is I am so GLAD that I purchased this set form them. Quality is better than I expected and people that delivered did an outstanding job. Because of rain they covered they shoes and check this out they even mopped my entrance after they were done. When I read some of these comments I can not believe that they are talking about the same people that they help me to purchased and delivered my furniture. Maybe some people are just can??????t be happy. Take my word I did like them.

When my china cabinet was ready for delivery, the delivery guys did not find my husband at home (he was, but not in the living room waiting for them) so they left after leaving their card. My husband called the store several times and finally got someone on the phone who called the delivery guys to come back. This time, my husband was waiting for them. Using hand gestures AND PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW ANY ENGLISH, they indicated that they would not do the delivery without being given another $20. This was a shakedown if ever there was one. The rest of the delivery went OK, but beware that you must be home to receive the delivery or they'll squeeze more money out of you.

Shopping at Woodpeckers was the worst customer experience I've ever had. I went in there looking for a complete office furniture set. I saw a desk I thought was nice and politely asked the sales person if I could take a picture of it on my cell phone to show to my interior decorator. He literally started screaming at me like I had slapped his mother. Another guy ran out from the back and the two of them yelled at me, No! No picture! No! I do not want my low-low prices on the Internet for the world to see! Get out! No picture! Get out! Then they pushed me out of the store. Please keep in mind that I had been shopping that weekend at around a dozen furniture stores in the Bay Area, routinely taking pictures of furniture I liked to show to my decorator. None of the stores had any problem with me taking pictures except Woodpeckers. If they had politely asked that I not take any photos, I would have been okay with that. But screaming at me for no good reason and then throwing me out of the store was completely unwarranted. Do not shop there!
