I finally found an affordable and meticulous window cleaner! Chad was very reasonable in price and left all my windows spotless. The best part is that he has no minimum so you can use him to clean just a few windows prior to having guests over without having to do the whole house. He is a one man show so it takes him all day to wash and clean windows and screens for a large house. I was comfortable leaving him alone in my house while I ran errands.

We use our fireplaces a lot during the winter and I found Scott Newcomb, the owner of Safeguard Chimney Sweep, very friendly and professional. He cleans our chimneys once a year and has repaired cracks in the firebox and done a great job - no mess inside or out. He take a lot of care in covering any rugs or furniture prior to cleaning.

I learned my lesson. Next time I use a carpet cleaning company I will research it more. I will never, ever, ever use Bright Carpet Care services again.
I had them steam clean the carpet through out my house (about 1900 square feet). My wife was home when they came. They tried really hard to sell her the deep cleaning service which was about 3 times more than the basic steam cleaning. She reclined.
They finished the whole house in 15 minutes. They did a terrible job. You can't even tell the carpet was steam cleaned. All the spots are still there. We spent so much time moving all the furniture to the garage for nothing.
I called the owner to complain. He said the basic steam cleaning service is not guaranteed and hung up the phone on me.
I've learned my lesson. Next time I will only use a company with good reviews. Stay away from this one.
