I have never had such terrible service in all my life. They promise that they will have your car done at such and such a time...and it never is ready when they say it will be. They don't bother to call you and tell you that your car repair is being pushed back yet another day, you have to call them over and over to try to get an answer. Then they act like they are doing you a favor by fixing your car at all. You can never get a service person on the phone, nor can you get a return call. They have no compunction about keeping your car for a week for a simple repair as if you might not need your car to get back and forth to work much less everything else you need to take care of in your everyday life. The terrible service that I have received from Dodge dealerships and the lemon car that Dodge manufactured has sealed the deal that I will NEVER buy a Dodge again. Pros: not a one Cons: um...too many to list
