The customer service was ridiculous. They charged me over $500 for tape, bubble wrap, and 8 cardboard boxes. When I complained, the manager said they were overpriced and they were making a huge profit (i know, how often do they admit that?) but would do absolutely nothing to reduce the price. She got irritated as the conversation progressed. All this after calling their office every day for a week only to find out that my items had not even been loaded onto a truck to begin being transported. I have been sleeping on a sleeping bag for far too long, and will likely have to pay almost double their estimate to get my furniture back. I would advise anyone thinking about this company to immediately move to a different option. I will never use them again, and they have soured me to moving companies in general. Pros: Professional until they get your things Cons: Will charge an arm and a leg once they have your items

I called A.S.A.P. Relocations to inquire about moving services. I spoke with one of their reps, Shannon and she provided me with detailed list of how much they charge for a move. The prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies i previously called. Shannon was very helpful in informing me of crucial informations regarding moving. She was never pushy of getting my service but was very patient with me. I finally decided to use their services and booked to schedule a move with them. The day before the actual move, i recieved a courtesy call from their office to verify my move which i thought was very courteous. And on the day of the move the guys came ontime and was ready to haul my things in their truck. They moved fast and was very strong carrying two to three boxes at a time. They blanketed my furnitures and put special protections on all my things that were glass. After loading the truck they followed me to the new address. They went straight to work to unload the truck and after they finished unloading the rest of the items in their truck they went and unpacked the furnitures and some of the boxes. All the while they maintianed professionalism and was very courteous at the same time. They never made me feel uncomfortable during the entire move. Pros: Professional, Courteous, Fast & Strong...

Thanks to A.S.A.P. Relocations my move from Santa Barbara to San Jose is finished. They made this moving so easy and painless that i would do it over and over again if i have to. I've had moved in the past and i dont even want to think about it. It was just plain horrible. Now i know who to call if i ever have to relocate again and that would be A.S.A.P.

I am so honored to have been moved by the people of ASAP. I was in so much stress with having to move and where to move that i managed to get the stress of moving off my back because ASAP took the title of coordinating every step of the moving process. The person i talked to who organized everything for me provided 3 men for $87 an hour on the day of the actual move. They were 3 guys who were an expertise at moving. I cant speak less of them. They simply surprised me by how well they worked together and worked incredibly hard to finish my move. After they managed to haul and move the bulky items they were able to have a smile on their faces and ask if there was anything else i needed assistance with- such great customer service- what more can you ask for.

Moving from San Leandro to Fremont has been such an easy move that i must thank ASAP for it. They arranged for 4 guys to come out and do the job for $100 per hour. The guys were great from start to finish. They put alot of work into the move by putting additional protection to make sure the items make it at destination in the same way and they handled my items very delicately. The forman was amazing! He made sure that the guys were working hard, so is he, and made sure they were on time with the delivery. They were very nice, honest and super strong. I know moving is suppose to be hard and stressful but the guys managed to make it fun and painless. I highly recommend them.

Growing up i never understood why my parents had such a problem whenever we'd move. Now that im older i have a great appreciation of what they went through. I cant believe how much of a headache it is moving, especially when you have no help from anyone. I moved from San Diego to San Jose for school and now that im transferring i have to go back. I had help from my parents the first time i moved but since their all the way in southern Ca i didnt want to make it a hassel for them to drive up to San Jose and back again. So thats when ASAP came in the picture. I had them move me from San Jose to San Diego. The movers we're very helpful and curteous. And the people at the office were all kind. I never felt worried or concerned while my things were in transit. When my things finally came, the driver re-assembled my furnitures and i was surprised to see that there was nothing broken not even a scratch on my things.This experience made my dad proud of me.

I highly recommend ASAP to anyone who's badly in need of help to move. I was recently going through a really horrible divorce and needed to move. I didnt have anyone to help so i called ASAP to schedule a move with them. Since i could only get my things when he wasnt there, the scheduling became very difficult. Fortunately, ASAP was able to accomodate me in this situation. They came on the dot, the time that i needed them to be there. We had roughly only four hrs to get everything loaded in the truck and leave. The mover were great! They understood me and worked really hard to make sure that we were gone before my exhusband came home. I was very surprised to find that the crew managed to pack everything up and loaded in the truck in only three hours. We arrive at my new place and finished unloading the truck in only about an hour. Im really glad i called ASAP first, i wouldnt have known what might of happened if i called someone else. Pros: Helpful, Informative, Curteous, Friendly....

They definitely did an awesome job! I was moving out from a 3 bedroom college house and into a 2 bedroom condo. My roommates and i tried to move it ourselves but after days of figuring out where to start we decided we needed professional help. My roommates and i called different companies to see which one offered the lowest price. We had dozens after dozens of calls and finally when ASAP called and gave us their price we settled with them. The person who was organizing our move was very helpful. Since my roommates and i was going on seperate destinations the rep was able to make the move happen in the same day but different destinations. He was helpful throughout the entire process and managed to answer all of our questions. Now thats great customer service practice. On the day of the move the guys came and went straight to work. They were very nice and fast workers. They even joked and made us laugh during the process, which i thought was very cool. I mean who does that? After arriving at three different destinations the move was completely done. The movers managed to pack everything up move the items and even had time to unpack and re-assemble the furnitures at all three locaitons. I am extremely happy that the move is finally over. Although bitter sweet I definitely wouldn't think twice about hiring these movers. Their simply the best!! Pros: fast, hard laborers, funny..
