This company is so nice and honest, they came to my house for maid service and they charged me a very reasonable price. They had very good mannors and to top it off they cleaned my house better than i have seen it for years. they paid very good attention to detail. now the clean my house twice a month going on 3 months and the price stays the same. If your busy and dont seem to clean your house as good as you would like it to be, you should give worldwide maintenance a call they will give you a really good price that fits within your budget and you will not have to worry about a thing cause they are people you can depend on to do a great job.

So we recently purchased a home (2500+ sq.ft / 2 story) and wanted to put in central air.... We knew this would be a large investment so I did my homework... researched companies online, called 10+ companies & interviewed them over the phone- then took my top choices to come out to the house and recommend the best system.
Tim Sanford, one of the owners, came to the house. You could tell from his questions and thorough walk thru that he knew his stuff. First impression was great, but the "proof would be in the pudding". Well, his bid really set Performance Air apart from other companies.....
Here is why:
He really understood our needs and gave us a turn key bid.
(Other companies gave us pages of add ons and it was a nightmare to understand let alone deceiving when it came to pricing)
You paid them for the job to get done right. They did not nickle and dime you...
I got the sense they were professionals with integrity and would stand behind their work.... They were hired!!!
(2 new AC units, 2 new furnaces and all new duct work upstairs and downstairs....it was a big job)
Here are some highlights:
- They started & ended the job on time
- They consistently communicated with me each day the status of the job and took time to answer my questions.
- Manny, the team lead, and Martin were GREAT. They did a fabulous job and were a pleasure to have around for 10 days
- They were dressed professionally and took such care of the house as they worked and cleaned up each night
- Tim stopped by several times throughout the project to check in on things and to check in with me
- When problems surfaced due to house structure, they didn't charge extra for the necessary changes and gave me several options as a plan B
-they use quality Lennox products
-Our job passed inspection easily... in fact the city inspector was impressed with the quality or work
-Kim in the office was also a huge help and a pleasure to work with.
They did a STELLAR job.

Conditioned Air did a great job! The owner came out to our house within an hour of my initial phone call and gave me a good deal for replacement of my old furnace. He did not try to oversell me, and was able to schedule the work for the next morning. The crew showed up on time the next morning and replaced my furnace within 2 1/2 hours. They did a professional install followed by a good cleanup. We are very happy.

You can come here to make copies, enlargements and plenty of other things. I love how kinkos is open 24 hours so that if you needed to make a copy of something early in the morning, then you can do it, and how their service is fast and the quality is great. The prices are also cheap. The employees were nice and helpful with what I needed help with.

With the amount of flaky contractors out there, we had an excellent experience with Valley. We had a routine maintenance done, and found out our furnace was bad. It was very old. Ray came out and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and worked with our budget. The installer came on time, and he was super organized and clean, which we appreciated. They called to confirm all of our appointments and kept on schedule as promised. I love their Old fashioned service motto. It really showed that they care about us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We used A1 Design to remodel our kitchen this past May 2005 - we had the best experience using them and highly recommend them to everyone we know. All of their people were very friendly and showed up every morning promptly at 8am to start working. They cleaned up everything each night and left the kitchen spotless - even cleaner that I could keep it. The finished job was beautiful - I will be sure to use them to redo the cabinets in my bathroom next.

Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.
