My first visit today was satisfying. This place is great if you are going with a friends. The nail spa is clean and beauty and welcome Wine and Rose Ped i'm in the HEAVEN, Jenny did a great jobs on my Ped i will definintely be returning rountinely.

This was my first pedicure since last summer and I was really looking forward to it. I left with a substandard pedicure and the lady who helped me was very rude. She gave me a lecture about how my feet were ugly and how I need to get pedicures every other month to make them look nicer. I also observed that she did not adequately clean the sink out. She simply sprayed a chemical on it, filled it with water and let it soak. In my experience at other salons, they actually scrub the sink with a cleaner and it seems much more sanitary. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. If you want first class service, I strongly suggest White Orchid in San Mateo or the spa at the Marriot on Sonoma. Take my advice, do not go to this salon! Pros: I really liked the service at the check in and check out Cons: Everything else

This was my first pedicure of the year and I will admit that my feet were not perfect, but I was really annoyed when the lady who did my pedicure gave me a lecture. When I tried to politely tell her that I didn't care what she thought, she kept going on and on about how I should get a pedicure every two months. I was not at all impressed with the pedicure, the massage was horrible and I almost forgot my shoes because they handed me all my things and did not remind me that my shoes were there. I also noticed that the way they cleaned the sinks out was very sloppy and I felt dirty when I left. My friend had a pedicure and they actually cut her. When we complained about our experience, the manager was more concerned about their liability than the poor service. If you want the best manicure at a reasonable price and in a professional environment, go to White Orchid in San Mateo. I will never go to this place again.

This is regarding the Santana Row location. In addition to finding it tough to schedule an appointment due to lack of open appointments, they have poorly trained front desk employees and a manager who was not willing to take responsibility for an employees unacceptable action. Not to mention how difficult it is to get a live person to answer the phone. It took me two weeks before I was able to schedule an appointment! Once I was able to scheduled an appointment, I noticed that two days after my manicure, the nail polish started peeling off. I had to make two trips to Lavande Nail Spa in order the have them fix a poorly done manicure (and this is putting it midly). On my first attempt, I called and was told by an employee to show up any time to have my problem taken care of. When I got there, I was turned away because I was not scheduled. To save some grief, I went ahead and booked an appointment for another day. They were too busy to be bothered by an irrate client who only need to have the nail polish re-done. On my second attempt, which was right after work on a Friday, I arrived to find out that I was not scheduled on that day or any other day for that matter! At this point, I was furious! I literally spent 10 minutes having to explain my situation all over again before someone was able to re-do my nail polish. I spoke with the manager who apologized and said that people make mistatkes. She also stated that she would investigate on how the situation happened. As a manager, she should know that what she said is the last thing unsatisfied customer wants to hear. Did I mention that I had to make two trips just to have my nail polish re-done?! The manager's comments showed me that she was not willing to take responsibility for the company's poor work product! I agree with the recurring theme of the reviews, Lavande Nail Spa is overpriced and their customer service leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

This is regarding the Santana Row location. My girlfriends and I had made appointments for a mid-afternoon getaway of pedicures and massages which turned out to be one nightmare after the next. The receptionist hadn't booked the massages we had ordered, they couldn't seat us all at once (even though we all had the same appointment time they said they were really busy), my girlfriend wanted some "bling" put on her toes and the tech said she didn't have enough time, we weren't offered any tea or water, only one of us could get a massage, this was due to there overbooking situation, and to top it off when we asked to speak to the manage/owner, she just said we could get a 10% discount and there's nothing more that she could do. This was very disappointing that customer service has dropped to this level. Pros: Location Cons: Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service

I went to this spa today(sep 14) and the lady who did the pedicure and manicure really pi**ed me off, I went with some of my friends and literally i can see that she skipped many steps and did little message, just applied the cream and rubbed it, when i asked her, she told everyone nail is different and yours are clean so it didn't take long, she started doing the job 10 min later than others and finished it first and others where still massaging. I don't recommend this place to anyone, try to avoid Tr*n.

I pop by here once in a while for a pedicure when I have some time to kill at Santana Row. Very good prices for the location. I had a very good experience the first time I was here but the second time the woman doing my nails was rude and poked me a bit in the toe and made it sore. She also rushed me through the appointment, it was literally like 15 minutes long.

My masseuse Janine applied the pressure I asked for and gave me the custom massage I wanted. I felt relaxed when I left and I make sure to ask for Janine whenever I want a massage. Shes super friendly and wont talk unless you talk first. So if you dont want her to be chatty she wont. I hate going in for a massage and you are trying to relax - and they talk the whole time. Pros: janine, massages, cute shop Cons: high cost

I work in the Santa Clara area so sometimes I go to Lavande Nail Spa during my lunch hour. There is never a long wait during this time which is great. They always help me pretty quickly. They give me time to choose my nail polish colors and then get right to work. The lady that does my nails is very sweet, always trying to make conversation and keep me comfortable. The prices are pretty good for the quality of treatment. What I also like are the scented waters they use for the pedicures. It leaves your feet soft and tingly. And the quality of the nail polish is also great. It seems to last me about 1 1/2- 2 weeks. Thats a long time for nail polish
