I seriously eat at The Great Wall every weekend. I love love this place it is so low key and there is never a long wait for the food. The sodas are so cold almost frozen.. I would recommend the Beef Chow Mein, Barbecue Pork Fried Rice, The egg Rolls are to die for, The Won Ton soup and Hot and Sour soup is delicious!! Lets see to tell you the truth everything is great there... I love it love it!!! You should try it, the people there are so friendly and it's like Cheer's everyone knows your name or they will know it!!!

I went here to get some dinner one night while on a trip in San Jose. It was a little hard to find, but it is in an extremely nice shopping center. It looked like it hadn't been open that long. In any case, the service was great and I didn't have to wait for them to make any of the foods I wanted. I would definitely recommend going to this Panda Express. It is probably one of the best ones around.

Have been searching for hot and spicy food in the South Bay for 5 years now and finally have found the perfect place. Hunan Taste not only has the spicyness to it's food, but it's very flavorful. The Hot and Sour soup is made fresh upon ordering. Had the Hot and Sour beef that was outstanding. Plenty of spices and wonderful flavors. Smoked Chicken and Spareribs were also ordered and just as delicious. The staff and what I assume were owner were delightful, prompt and courteous. Everything was made when ordered and didn't sit in the kitchen under a heat lamp. You could watch the cooks making everything with such precision and passion. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who's looking for authentic Hunan dishes!!!
Pros: Great Spicy Food, great staff
Cons: Only one in the South Bay !

Sushi Coast has great prices for their long list of sushi items. 8 pieces of godzilla roll is only 5 dollars. What a bargain. There is no sushi boat so it all comes out freshly made. Lunch is 8 or 9 dollars and dinner is 11 which is not bad at all. The dinner portions are generous. The only problem is that whenever I go, there is always one waitress to run the floor. The restaurant is very small however so she's stretched out thin when the lunch and dinner crowd comes along. If there aren't many ppl around, she's always been very attentive by my experience. The restaurant is also isolated and can be hard to spot. Plus they are closed on Saturdays. Sundays they are open for only dinner.
Pros: food, prices, portions
Cons: lack of servers, out of the way, time

We have been going to Best Taste for over 10 yrs. The food is great ,I know it will taste the same every time I go in. The sevice is exceptional, they are extremely friendly and want to know you as a person not just a customer.
When I tell my kids we are having Chinese food they all scream "Best Taste". Now that they serve Sushi and Sashimi as well it's easy to please everyone in the family.

The only Sushi place in the world that serves The "James Bond" sushi roll. (cooked chicken, misc. spices, and a secret sauce that's out of this world!) Sashimi is fresh, tasty, & outstanding. Service is excellent, with a very friendly staff, who are great with kids! Decor is updated, with more seating & other changes on the way, soon! (told by mgmt) Used to be nicknamed, "Cowboy Sushi," due to the regular selection of country music playing. Prices are good. You have to try this place!!

Small little restaurant, but very good food. They start you out with warm tea while you choose your meal. Their prawns are think are the best besides their cashew chicken and beef and broccoli. Plenty of food left over for a couple of days.

We were so sad when the Emperors Garden closed due to a fire. When they did reopen, it was with new owners, new menu, not the same at all. We were thrilled to find that the owners had opened this place. Possibly the best Hot & Sour soup and potstickers in the area. Very good Chinese Chicken salad. We have never had a bad meal at this place. The quality is consistent and the people are friendly. At this new location, they offer a Mr. Chau's style meal as well as the regular menu. Be sure to ask about the old Emperors Garden menu for the best choices.
Pros: Easy to get to, plenty of parking.
Cons: Diner/fast food style building, not romantic or "special".

If you're looking to impress guests with ambiance this might not be your choice, but the food and value are without doubt the best I have ever tasted. Everyone I take there agrees. I've been to others, such as Fung Lums and many more, but in comparison they always disappoint.
The sauces are unique and perfectly done, the deep fried dishes are crisp, and the vegetables are perfectly al dante. The setting is pleasingly oriental and friendly.
I moved from San Jose many years ago, but every time I return, do not leave without having at least one meal there.
Pros: Good Parking, Friendly Owners, Inexpensive
