I needed a shirt drycleaned and ready the next day, and my regular drycleaner doesn't do that. So my friend recommended Lave Linge, saying they would be able to have my shirt ready the next day. So I paid the $30 extra thinking everything would be ok. But when I picked my shirt up, I saw that it wasn't even clean. They said they would clean it again, but I needed the shirt that day.
