9PM Ace Hardware & Paint mostly sells the little items, such as nuts and bolts, that people try to find around their house. They have the common items that one would be looking for, but they don't sell the more custom items that a place like Home Depot would. It's a good local store to go to if you're looking for something really common for reasonable prices. Parking is hard to find, though.

one of few places that do carry Dsquared.....sizes are limited but you do have to go early in the season or they sell out quick in the small sizes
service was good.....but i do most of my sales over the phone ....so they get a little impatience with me
but it became my favorite place to shop

There are a lot of Chinese Delivery places in the Inner Richmond - I haven't actually been to May Lee's but have had it for delivery a few times...the fried rice and other chicken dishes are really good. Delivery service/wait time is good too.

we got certified here several years ago and our instructor was top notch. luckily we did not have to go to monterey to do the open water because we did it on vacation, but the classroom and pool work were good. our experiences in the store, however, have not been the greatest. we've purchased equipment over the last several years that we have not been happy with because the sales staff is somewhat unknowledgable. they need more equipment training to sell...

I enjoyed a meal last night with my friends and was delighted with everything we ordered. We enjoyed spring rolls , beef bun, curry chicken, shrimpball rolls with sugarcane, and the squid salad. I would love to go back and enjoy another great meal. The prices are very reasonable!

I'm so tired of the "local" scene in San Francisco - just about the time you go to check out one of these restaurants, you arrive only to find that it's the "hippest" place around and you have to wait in line to have a simple meal. At BKK I had the best Thai food experience ever (short of my actual travels through Thailand) and have returned time and time again to find a consistantly good meal and dining experience. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned this on this website...now I'll have to wait in line for the best Thai food in San Francisco!
Pros: Inexpensive, Wonderful Service, Fresh!

They are always busy on the weekends with hour(s)-long waits, so go on the weekday if you can. All the people there are pretty good with cutting modern Hong Kong-style cuts. But they also do whatever you tell them to. They also straighten hair using the Japanese method for about $100! It can't get cheaper than that. Located in Chinatown, go for some dim sum afterwards or just enjoy the ambience.
