This vet seems to love being a vet. You cant always say that about all the vets in the city. My dog had gotten stung on the nose, and it swelled up. So I took Buster (my dog) to the Balboa Pet hospital, and he soothed and gave him an ointment which made Buster feel better. I highly reccomend.

A wonderfully supportive, caring, gentle, professional group of people...from the Doctor (Dr. Barchus) to all of the staff. Each and every person was kind, flexible, understanding, and gentle, so very gentle w/my animal, my very sick and soon to be dying animal. They allowed me to make decisions that were right for me and my animal. They took a tremendous amount of time patiently explaining, over and over to me, options, medications, and care. I can not say enough about them...a more gentle group of caring professionals, you will not find....many thanks to all of you at Balboa Pet Hospital...maz

Everyone is so friendly here. When I needed to have my appointment rescheduled, they did it for me with no attitude, even though the appointment was for the same week. Also, the vets really seem to care about the animals, and they always make your animal feel comfortable. You won't regret taking your pet here.
