BEWARE: do not use this limo provider!!
6 of us girls went on a winery tour in wine country. The driver never told us we could not exceed our hours, nor did he tell us that he was nearing our drop off time..(in the past I used the same company, they allowed us to go over and we simply paid the limo driver OR they would warn us of the timing) We were supposed to be picked up and dropped off in San Francisco. We were still in Napa when the driver told us that he would not be able to take us home! He had a group that he needed to pick up for prom in Walnut Creek so he dropped us off at the BART station! NOT ONLY THAT but they charged me an additional $99 for going over when they has already charged me $92 for gratuity!
I called to complain! The manager told me that we were warned when making the reservation.. I wasn't, and I have a fantastic memory so I would have remembered this and shared with my group. He also said that we broke the A/C which again was not true.
They asked me to email a complaint..no response.. 2 weeks later I send another email, I also had left 3 messages with no response. They finally respond saying they've reviewed my case and decided against giving me a refund, with no explanation why.
BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Pros: They were on time to pick us up
Cons: Poor customer service, never completed the service

am exceptionally happy with the service that I received from 24 Moving. They went out of their way to make me happy and were so eager to please. The moving team was great and did an excellent job loading and unloading my belongings. The move went much faster than I anticipated.

Sure, it's cheap - but you get what you pay for (and then some). Room was FILTHY and TINY. So-called Housekeeping consists of daily replacement of two towels for bathing (hand-sized towels). Dark, small, dingy rooms (carpet at least 30 years old; had huge stains and cigarette burns all over).

My friend and I stayed here for a total of four nights and had a great time. All the other tenants in the hotel were very nice and so were to hotel staff. The hotel itself had a very quaint, old romantic feeling that both of us liked and the elevator was really old and awesome.

Our relatives from Spokane has came and visit us for their anniversary. We wanted to do something nice for them and we hosted a small anniversary party at the hotel. IT ws wonderful - the food was delicious and they loved their anniversary. We ended up with a medium-size bill - not huge but not small since the prices were around $20 per entree. Great place - hotel and the resaurant
