I am writing to inform you of the experience my wife and I had on our Agentours trip to Moon Palace in Cancun...for our fiftieth wedding anniversary. The first two days were great but then disaster hit - I had a heart attack and was rushed to the local hospital where I stayed for seven days. As soon as the Agentours Representative, Miss Dina WEbster, found out about my condition she was there to help in every way possible. She called to comfort my wife and also called and visited me in the hospital several times and arranged for my return home by having me picked up at the hospital on my release and taken to the airport, as well as making sure I was put on the plane. I can say that Apple Vacations is the only travel company I will use in the future and will tell all my contact of the outstanding treatment that I received. One last thing, I hope Miss Dina Webster receives all the recognition she deserves for her true professionalism.

Vacation Resort Travel Services agents are always with a smile, helpful, and really do go far beyond the call of duty. It is so refreshing, in this day and age to see such pleasant and warm assistance from your staff.
I am a Travel Consultant myself, and have been one for the past twenty eight years. I was so impressed with them, I felt I had to pass it along. They don't hesitate to assist passengers who haven't even travelled with Vacation Resort Travel Services.

Our vacation that we booked with Vacationland was wonderful and so is the Resort. The continental breakfast in the lobby very early and opening seaside for breakfast are great ideas and seem very well used. Room service was on time and hot. The entertainment was very good. The Spa was the best! I took a peek at one of the rooms readied for a bridal couple. Rose petals, champagne! Truly truly elegant! The tour of the kitchen and cooking classes are unique. I have never seen that at any other property. Usually this type of activity has been associated with cruising. I was pleasantly surprised at the cross section of generations of your guests. More younger people than I expected. I really want to thank Vacationland for allowing me to experience a good vacation.

Royal Caribbean, Regent Seven Seas, Norwegian,Holland.
I have booked Presidential and
Owner suites, which are about
600sq ft to 1200sq ft.
Beautiful ships but limited
freedom.
My first cruise on Olivia
was extremely exciting. It was such a beautiful week,
experiencing the freedom to be yourself. I didnt want the cruise to end. I would love for there to be a 10-14 day Europeon Cruise. Olivia cruises are more expensive,
but that is the price that we have to pay due to the world
not being accepting,or respectful. Everyone on the ship was wonderful and made the experience unforgettable.
It was heartbreaking for the
trip to end. We were surrounded by beautiful people that we hope to see in our near future on another beautiful adventure.

The people are wonderful at CruiseOne San Francisco and they offer great vacations where the beaches are the best! They offered us the Sunscape the Beach resort and it was immaculate and the food there was great. The CruiseOne's attention to detail is amazing: they listened to our desires and needs and came up with a total package. The General Manager has done an outstanding job, he sets the pace and the rest of the staff follows it.

This place always has cheap and available gas and will go out of their way to reduce ti when others are charging more for gas! I can use my credit card here also, unlike arco, so this is not a problem for me...i get cash back rewards using it so better than arco for me!
Also, they are located on both sides of 19th ave, which is great for when i am on only one side and need gas. They also offer free, yes free, washers for your windows. The service is friendly and they are open late!

Sonoma Spa Resorts is a pretty nice place, located convniently on Post street with a parking stracture near by. You can be assured that you will have a place to relax and pamper yourself when you enter Sonoma Spa Resorts. Workers are really sweet and add to the tranquility of the place. I went there with my friends once for a bachelor party and we had a truly awsome expereince! Highly recomend this place!

The Union Street Inn is centrally located in San Francisco at the edge of the Union street business district and the local neighborhood. It is right near a bus line so if you wanted to take public transportation, you can. The Inn is a beautiful old Victorian house. The rooms are beautifully decorated, large, and very comfortable. Thre are a gorgeous garden in the back of the house. The owners are friendly and inviting and offer great suggestions for local attractions or else to answer a variety of questions (i.e. where to eat, how to get to places, etc.). Rooms are large, wonderfully decorated, and just plain comfortable. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast at the Union Street Inn is tasty and beautifully presented and they offer a wine and cheese snack from every evening from 5:00 - 7:00. There is internet access (which is unusual at an inn).
