I have passed by here and always wanted to buy something in here. The figurines they have are expensive! But, if you have the money, it is so worth it. Once in a while, I have bought some cards or small figurines. Those are cheaper. The workers here are very nice.

This is by far one of the most interesting stores on the Haight. Plus, the whole family can go in. The store has figurines and dolls of so many characters. Most of them are behind glass, so this place is almost museum like, except you get to buy the stuff. The girl who worked there is super friendly.

If I were to win the lottery, I'd promptly stop off at this tiny store on Haight Street and purchase one of everything. OK maybe not the Ci Boys. But definitely every Qee, Dunny, and Michael Lau figure in sight. Kidrobot is where cool toys (aka urban vinyl) meet collectible art. One of their concepts is to use a toy template as a blank canvas on which cutting edge artists can draw for small batch productions. They also host in-store signings that let you chat up a guy like Frank Kozik or Jamie Hewlett in an informal setting, not to mention increase your toy's eBay value tenfold. A great place to browse and buy something unique for your home or cubicle.
