This tour was one of the better stadium tours I have ever been on. The tour was about an hour and a half long and they took you through everything. The stadium is very nice and close to the water. They have a spot where you can sit and watch the game for free. But don't think you can bring your chairs and sit there the whole game they kick you out every three innings. They have spot for the children to play that is open year round and is free as long as there is no game going on. I'm not a big fan of the Giants myself, but I have visited their stadium several times to watch them be beat by the the best MLB team ever, the Atlanta Braves. Everytime I have went to their games, Atlanta has won. The stadium is nice and if you come during batting practice you can get the balls from the homeruns they hit. There usually isn't that many people there during that time so your chance of getting a ball is fairly decent. We've been able to get 1 so far. If you have young children with you, there is a miniature T-Ball course for your kid to play ball on and there is even a mini-Jumbotron that shows you kid as he plays which makes him feel like he is in the big leagues. There is also a Coca-Cola slide that your children can slide down.

SBC Park is an awesome place to catch a ball game. The location is perfect right on McCovey Cove. All the seats are great from the higher end tickets on the dugout to the bleacher seats (which are very inexpensive and a great value). The food selection at the park is great. There is even a stand dedicated solely to the vegetarian eats. Overall, Id give this place 2 thumbs up.

Located right along the San Francisco Bay with ferries taking you right to the park, this is really one of SF’s must-see places to visit. Even if you are a local, go at least once a year. The view is spectacular and the food selection includes garlic fries, burritos, pizzas, from a terrific smattering of San Francisco restaurants. Tickets are a little pricey but check out the SF Giants website.

There are so many great things about PacBell (I mean SBC) park. Not a bad seat in the house. The Club level is great, if you're into that kind of thing, but I also really enjoy the bleachers on a nice sunny day. The food is great, albeit at ball park prices. Be warned, it can get a little windy, especially for the night games, so be sure to dress appropriately.

SBC is one of the great ballparks in the major leagues. A real treat to attend one of there games, especially since most of the time the ballpark is fairly packed. A wide range of activities, and great food is in the ballpark. Right field is a nice oddity that the Giants put in, where you can watch the game for free. The prices however are very pricey, compared to what results you get on the field. If you don't mind watching AA level baseball, then SBC Park is the place to be.

It was designed to be cozy so that the fans would feel like they are right in the middle of the action but still large enough to hold a decent amount of people. Baseball is a wonderful pastime to watch, even if you're not a fan or could care less which team wins. What matters is how you enjoy yourself. SBC park, the home of the SF Giants offers a variety of convenient concession stands and upper-class facilities for business meetings and special events. Even if you're not a baseball fan or don't like the Giants because of their poor performance this year, you can still enjoy yourself in their facilities and wondrous views of downtown san francisco and the Bay. Its always a great place just to kick back with a group a friends and watch a game. Public transportation to the park is almost a must for those that want minimal hassle. You can take the N of Mission Bay streetcar down here to avoid overcharged and crowded parking.

The home of the San Francisco Giants, SBC Park attempts to be a throwback to an older style ballpark. While it may not exactly do that, the brick is certainly attractive and there isn’t a bad seat. Boats in the cove nearby keep alive the possibility of a slash hit and if the game gets boring, there are slides in the big Coca-Cola bottle to play in. Now if only the team played well…
