I visit the City often and try to stop for lunch. The food is great and so is the service. The menus of the restaurants on Stockton (heart of China town) can be overwhelming. Ming's menu is extensive, yet easy to read and make a selection. The lunches are really a good deal. An egg role is included with most lunch specials and they are crisp and flaky, not greasy. Also, the hot and sour soap included with last lunch special was very good.
Pros: Good food and service
Cons: None

The food at Ming's is pretty consistent and good. They have a great value lunch special (around $6-8 includes soup, egg roll, entree, rice and soda). It always tastes fresh and, with the exception of some dishes, is rarely ever greasy.
Pros: Good food/value
Cons: A bit of a walk
