This is one of our standbys in the Laurel Village area. It's one of the few places that has an outdoor patio from which to enjoy those rare sunny days in SF. Enjoyed all the food we've had, but have to say that sometimes the service can be slow. The owner/manager (I think he holds both roles) is very nice and welcoming.

what a great surprise ! my husband and I were walking on Sacramento when we spotted this lovely charming restaurant. We decided to stop for dinner and it felt magic since right away. Great charming ambiance, ROMANTIC, beautiful garden, great service, well distanced table and quite. Our waitress was lovely and so the food she brought. We ordered the prosciutto wrapped figs , spinach salad, salmon with lemon reduction and cappers, tagliolini and a great chocolate cake. Really in expansive. Everything was so perfect that I wished we went there for our anniversary
Pros: greta, service, charming ambiance, great food

I think it was because I took thes bridal b=magazine that I thought was free but then realized was not. He should have jsut told me rather than yell at me> I have decided to be the bigger person about it and go back for the hunters scramble

Magic Flute is a wonderful restaurant for a girl's night out or just a Sunday brunch. It's located in the heart of San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood and has awesome food. There's a little patio area where you can have private parties or an indoor dining area which can hold about 30 people. I recommend the Quiche - I have never tasted a better one and it's the best!

family owned restaurant and really feels like it in the best way; our hostess, an older lady, was delightfully hospitable and made us feel like we're coming to her house for dinner...
highly recommended as a "regular" haunt for locals, but not an event restaurant

This place is great! We were welcomed in by the owner of the place and promtly seated. The lunch menu a great variety of selections, the food was great (large portions and very homestyle!). Best of all we got to listen to the owner crack jokes, and it seemed like he knew everyone who walked through the door. I will definately visit again, and this time opt fot the patio tables!
Pros: Service, Good Meal, Cute Place
Cons: Parking
