who doesn't love bistro burger? everyone i work with loves it and it's a good cheap place for burgers. not THE BEST burgers ever but great for it's convenient location and cheap... great place to go for lunch. they are a few now around the financial district so take your pick. this place is a staple for burger lovers like me.

I work around the block from this restaurant, so I come here often for lunch. I usually order the cheese royale or the paris burger. But the paris burger iis to die for if you like brie and mushrooms, my two favorite. Excellent Burgers, big portions, but very fatty. Not a good place to go when on a diet.

Bistro Burger is so much more than the equivalent of a burger place, though its clientele is similarly mixed - local workers, vaporetto pilots (and as we discovered on catching the No. 38 home, vaporetto ticket inspectors), a few tourists... There's no dress code whatsoever, and time doesn't seem to exist as you relax, lean back on a Rennaissance-retro chair with sumptuous cushions, glass in hand, and admire the high beamed ceiling of what possibly started life as a boathouse, listening to soft jazz. Some people just know how to do things. Great food!
