This place is great! Roger always rolls the best, most fresh fish you could ask for. They have ever-changing special rolls, all of them are mouth watering. And if you can't find exactly what you want, ask for it, and not only will they make it, they might just name it after you, and start carrying it on thier menu! Its a small place so make a reservation or come early, but if you can, get a seat at the bar and chat with the chef Roger - he'll make some great suggestions you have probably never tried! My favorite roll is the mighty masha - shrimp tempura on the inside with butterfish on the outside - it melts in your mouth!

the fish/seafood were so fresh that they seemed to be still alive when they were broght out to our tables. sure, they took like an hour to bring our food out (with other customers numbering the grand total of zero) and we swore that they were trying to make the sea urchins mate and lay the eggs for my Uni sushi... but the freshness of fish just may be enough to make me go back... besides, they redeemed themselves by brining us some free apple sake. Hmmm..
