Bashful Bull will pleasantly surprise you. The restaurant is this run down dirty looking place. The prices are cheap and reasonable, so go here if not for that reason alone! The burgers are good, but I really liked the hash browns and breakfasts options here. You can get a good amount of food for a decent price. There are usually no lines so the only trouble you should have is finding a parking spot. The service was also really good.

i don't know about the other people complaining but, i always get great service there. and i think the coffee is great unlike some other main stream diners. i've ordered the corn beef hash benedict at least 3 times and have enjoyed it everytime. the ladies that work the counter not only do they treat us nice they sometimes even have a small conversation. i guess it's one of those places where you have to be there at the right time and i guess every time i have visited was the right time.. i also have heard for cheap eats the lunch combo is easy on the pockets.... haven't tried it yet .... but still recommend.. Pros: friendly service on the weekdays for sure Cons: parking

This place offers a great lunch special Monday through Friday. It's about $5.00 for burger, a shake and fries. Not too bad at all. Their service is super quick and there's plenty of metered parking in the area. Breakfast is good too, they serve the typical american breakfast of ham, sausage, eggs, french toast or pancakes with hashbrowns. We go there every once in a while as it's family and kid friendly and very casual.

We've been going there every weekend for breakfast for years. They serve some monster portions of breakfast. Their breakfast all meat platter is a carb lovers dream! They also serve a lunch special mondays through fridays that you can get a burger, shake and fries for $4.00. Can't beat that anywhere in the city. Also, you can get your oil changed next door and while you're waiting, get your breakfast too. The family owned restaurant has some of the friendliest wait staff ever. Definitely recommend.

The waitress was more interested on yaking on the phone than taking my order. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to finally get off the phone and take my order. She began to walk away before I was even done telling her what I wanted. The coffee wasn't fresh and tasted like it had been sitting out all morning. She never brought my my water or any refills of the crappy coffee. After I was finished I had to get her attention to bring me my check and she just told me the amount which was several dolars higher then what it should have been. When I pointed this out to her she didn't believe me until I showed her the menu and she added it up on the cash register. Needless to say I won't be returning there ever!
