I approached the task of finding a mover with more than a little hesitation. My past experience with movers was, to say the least, not so great. From the first call to City Movers, my expectations began to shift. The gentleman I originally spoke with, Casey (?), was wonderful. Since I work in the customer service industry, I am probably a little more sensitive to this issue, so I can honestly say, his customer service skills were so far above and beyond the norm these days! He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He had a nice mix of calm and confidence, along with a great sense of humor that put me at ease instantly. After explaining the entire process and gathering my move information, he gave me a quote right then with a couple different options. He explained how City Movers works and even the goals of the company and told me that the company has won several moving awards this last year. After my experience, I certainly understand why! The day before my move I received a call from my lead guy...Travis. Again, like the first guy, he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He confirmed all of my moving details, his arrival time and gave me an overview of how the next day would unfold. The only question left unanswered that night was, where in the world did they find these movers? Sure enough, the next day went like clockwork. Travis explained the paperwork and did a quick "walk through" of my home. While he was doing this, the other 3 movers jumped into action. They put down carpet in my entry ways to protect the hardwood floors, and worked quickly, efficiently and with smiles on their faces. Things could not have gone more smoothly. The movers finished a little shy of the estimated time and even came back in after the job was done and helped me with a couple last minute things. I can not say it enough...these movers are the best! I am recommending them highly...a company this good deserves to thrive! Thanks City Movers!

Normally I move myself but having just had knee surgery 3 months ago, moving my own things was impossible. City Movers showed up on time, the guys that showed up Ron, Sam and Drew were polite and when they started working they simply did not stop until the job was done. Their price was very fair and they did an outstanding job. My movers also made sure to pick up any debris and removed my old boxes for me. I know that most people will not take the time to comment on a companies service unless it was bad. I feel that good work should be noticed as well. Thank you City Movers

Outstanding moving company with top notch professional movers. City Movers responded to our internet request for quotes with a full disclosure of cost that beat all the competition. Not a scratch, dent, or damage of any kind to our property which filled a large moving truck. All completed in a single move. In comparison with a moving company we used 7 months prior we paid twice as much to move half as much material by the movers. The previous moving company's movers we used only had to move half as much because my family moved everything we could on our own. Our current move was too far away so City Movers had to move every piece. Outstanding service and I and my family are grateful we were contacted by City Movers before we made the mistake of placing everything we own in the hand of the wrong moving company. Thank you to City Movers and the outstanding crew of Bobby, Phil, and Tony. Did I mention these guys moved a big screen television, huge furniture items, and other extremely heavy property items, all with not a single ding or damage.

I initially hired City Movers twice within one week. The first move was short notice for the movers, but the guys showed up on time and ready to work. All of my belongings were handled safely and with care by the movers. The second move went even more quickly. The movers were again friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have recommended City Movers to friends and family. In fact, my parents have used them twice and my sister will be using them at the end of the month! We're all getting to know Anthony, the manager and the crew on a more personal level and Anthony is a nice guy who works hard for his customers. I also liked the fact that they were not only insured, but also licensed. It gave me a peace of mind that my belongings were in their best interest. Thanks again Anthony and crew for all of your help! You'll be the first movers I call next time I move! (Go Giants!)

My move yesterday was the most hassle-free move I have ever experienced with ANY movers. City Movers coordinated every aspect of my family's move. Everything arrived right on time and was finished earlier than expected by the movers. All of our household items were handled with care and the movers could not have been more friendly. No matter what my moving needs are next time, City Movers will be my first and only choice for a moving company. If you need movers, you should surely check these guys out!

City Movers made my move easy! I requested the packing service and the movers Travis, Tony and Joe came well prepared with all of the packing materials and tools to make my move a breeze! I was completely packed and moved in one day! I was very impressed. The communication with the movers was excellent, they placed all of my items where they needed to go, and even loaded our children's beds on the end of the truck, so they were first off to be assembled. Thoughtful, really good movers.
