This is a great yoga shop that came highly recommended to me by my Sifu. The prices are very good and i was impressed with the service. When i was looking for a place i really wanted to find a shop that was easy on people starting out and i was more that happy when i found them. they cover all the main stream yoga types and even complements my martial arts training a super yoga studio without all the pretentious yoga things that can be found elsewhere.

I've been to a number of yoga studios and nothing compares to the Yoga Tree! Instructors are terrific (Jasmine, Dana, Maura) and make you feel like family. This is not a place to feel intimidated but instead feel inspired not only by your instructor but by yourself! This place is a secret I almost dare not to share with others but the people are so great that I only want them to be more successful!

Each studio offers classes in a variety of styles to suit yogis of all levels. With extensive class schedules, including power flow, ashtanga, anusara, hatha, jivamukti, Iyengar, prenatal and restorative, classes vary tremendously depending on the instructor. For example, Rusty Wells' vigorous power flow class is filled with chanting and will leave you soaked, while James Higgins' power flow concentrates more on body awareness than constant movement. Stephanie Snyder's hatha flow emphasizes core strengthening and is taught in a heated room, so prepare to sweat. Each teacher is well-trained and truly dedicated to their practice, ensuring that every class is an excellent workout.

I've been to Yoga Tree several times for their beginner workshops and I always have a blast every time. The teachers are always very engaging and supportive, especially of new students. The studios are spacious and have a very calming, relaxing feeling to them. I can't vouch for the more advanced classes, but the beginning classes were great and very affordable.
