If you are looking for a condo, The Villas are a good place to look. They have many areas for sale. We went here just to look to see what the housing market was like and didn't realize what high demand people have in looking for places to live. There was a long waiting list for available condos for sale. We were just curious on the market. We didn't buy anything.

Tara was the obvious choice and she proved her worth over many months of looking.
Exceptional eye for what can be done with a place
Encyclopedic knowledge of the streets of the city (particularly Noe/Mission but also Russian Hill)
Enormously connected in the city to other good service providers
Really superb in the after-sale service. We understand many agents walk away with their check. Tara keeps thinking of us and helping us out
Never willing to let us overpay - she saved us at least $50K
My guess is she would be excellent at sales too - she is a savvy negotiator

this place kind of rips you off if you dont know english. yes, they have people who speaks chinese there, but they're not the most honest people in the world. i guess that's how you must be if you want to keep the job, but to me, i dont like that. otherwise, they charge quite a bit for helping you. two out of five.
