B.J. is an amazing real estate broker, with a focus on Noe Valley in San Francisco. She knows every property coming on the market and seems to know everybody in the business - and they all seem to love her. This can work to your advantage as it did ours - when we were buying a house with her, the selling agent told us he 'really wanted B.J. to get it,' and we ended up winning in a very competitive situation. Of course, her company's very narrow focus on Noe Valley, and thus deep expertise of the area, help tremendously, too.

If you are looking for an realtor to either sell or buy a home in San Francisco, I cannot praise Aimee highly enough. Aimee represented me both in selling my loft in SOMA and buying a top floor condominium in Cole Valley. She listened to what was important to us in looking for a place, displayed the patience of job as we agonized over bidding strategies and saw us through all the road bumps along the way. Exceptional eye for what can be done with a place
Encyclopedic knowledge of the streets of the city (particularly Noe/Mission but also Russian Hill)
Enormously connected in the city to other good service providers
Really superb in the after-sale service. We understand many agents walk away with their check. Tara keeps thinking of us and helping us out
Never willing to let us overpay - she saved us at least $50K
My guess is she would be excellent at sales too - she is a savvy negotiator
