I hate to pass along a recommendation, because with only a few seats available and no chance for walk-ins (they only get enough of certain items for their expected seatings), every person that goes there makes it harder for me to get a reservation. Order the omakase menu, and take the time to have a few extra pieces of sushi during that course. Amazing food and perfect sake selections - if you think Ebisu is the end-all for sushi, spend a night at KISS and learn about the true depth of traditional Japanese cuisine.

Food is awesome, the Omakase set dinner is what I ordered. The courses look and taste great. Come here for a contemporary, no nonsense, personal sushi experience (only 1 chef and waitress). Call ahead for reservations, this place literally seats 12. Try to get seats at the sushi bar to watch the chef at work. ps: it's a little on the pricey side, good for special dates.
