The best hotel in San Francisco!!! The staff are hip, friendly and helpful with no attitude. My room was unique with a wild and carefree decor - I dig xylophones!! My battery died in my rental car and while I was out on the town, the desk clerk had the battery charged for me - free of charge - I was amazed!! An oasis for the hip & trendy - three thumbs up!!

The Phoenix Hotel’s decor is very unique and hip. Parking here is actually pretty convenient. There is even an outdoor pool for when it’s warm. Room rates are not very expensive. The heater in the room heats up the room quickly. This is an awesome rock and roll hotel. Be sure to leave the kids at home though as this is a party hotel

Another time my auntie came, she staid at this hotel. Her buisiness was paying for it since she was in SF on business. As usual we were helping her move her stuff around the room. (she brings lots of stuff with her). her company paid fo rthe most expensive type room. the closet was big and everythign was clean. also, there was a recliner and a nice sized tv. you dont see that much in hotels.
