We stayed at the Triton before bay to breakers. it's a great place and relatively inexpensive place to stay (about $140 a night for a standard room). The room was small but was was well kept and quite clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep before the run. The hotel's lobby has a very funky design. It was coloful--it had hues of blue, red, purple, red--it was like a rainbow in the lobby. That said, the Triton Hotel has a good location in San Francisco, it's inexpensive, it's clean, and despite the fact that the rooms are small, you can't beat the price. I highly recommend it.
Less
