Have you ever wanted to try acupuncture but are afraid of needles? Would you like to learn more about Chinese Medicine but never really knew who to ask? I never really was a believer of Chinese medicine until I came to this place. Everyone is super friendly, patient, and knowledgable. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and the staff is extremely helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who's willing to try acupuncture! It's a great medicine!

I turned to acupuncture in 2004 when my seasonal allergies wouldn't respond to anything else. I found Allison online and gave her a call. My allergy symptoms lessened immediately following my first visit, and were completely gone after six sessions. The following year I returned and was symptom-free within five sessions. Last year it only took four sessions. This year -- 2007 -- I haven't needed any allergy treatments at all.
Allison is an excellent listener and a gentle practitioner. Her office is tranquil, and my experiences there have all been positive. I highly recommend Allison to anyone seeking relief from allergies.

A good freind of mine referred me to Dr Qare's office for teeth whitening. Dr Qare uses the laser method to whiten teeth. when I entered the office I was greeted several times by the dental assistants behind the counter, Dr Qare's wife, and Dr Qare himself. Everyone seemed very friendly which put me at ease. The procedure was fast and painless. I would recommend this dentist to others. He answered all of my questions and even called me at home to see how I was doing.

I had to go to San Francisco Pet Hospital when my Pekinese, Chaka Cubra, got sick with some sort of stomach worms. It came on sort of suddenly and I got worried, so I drove down to the nearest vet, which happened to be the San Francisco Pet Hospital. Not only did they cure Chaka, I was in and out in like two hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

I know it's not in fashion right now, and that tanning salons are frowned upon, but I really like tanning at Electric Beach. The facility is always immaculately clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is very helpful and cautious. They never recommend over-tanning and believe that less is more. They want you to have a healthy glow, not a baked on look. They have wonderful packages available that make their services very affordable. If you have a special event to attend and decide that you would like to be tan, I highly recommend Electric Beach.

I saw Dr. Kaye a few years ago after receiving a stressful medical diagnosis. He was unimaginably helpful to me in addressing the stressful event and in moving forward. Since that time, I have referred all my friends and acquaintances to him whenever they were struggling with an issue or just trying to figure their life out. Everyone has come back to me and thanked me for the recommendation. I'm amazed how well he adjusts his approach for each person and makes everyone feel comforted. I've since left the Bay Area and attempted to see other therapists. I can truly say that Dr. Kaye has a gift for what he does and anyone needing help with an issue should seek out Dr. Kaye.

Lisa is such a caring and sweet doctor. On top of that, she has "magic" hands that never fail to relieve the discomfort or pain I'm in whether it be due to a sports- or work-related injury. The office manager Rikke is also unbelievably caring, thorough, and helpful.

I've been going to see Drs. Fong and Wong since elementary school. They are the only optometrists I've seen in my entire life and, although I haven't lived in SF for 5 years, I am planning to see them when I fly back for my wedding. Like in the other comments, they are very friendly and I have always enjoyed seeing them. The staff has always been friendly and stable and the service is consistent. Dr. Fong has always cared and been willing to share about his life while asking about mine and has always looked out for my eyes and my wallet. The only problem would be parking, but that's trivial, especially since there's so much public transportation and all you need to do is part a couple of blocks further.
