If I could gave this place a 0 star, I would. My boyfriend tried to surprise me with some flowers. Healow's called to confirm the address for delivery. I said I was about to head out, but could they deliver to a different address tomorrow? "But, I'd like to know, are the flowers ready for delivery now, or can you wait till tomorrow? I want to make sure that they're fresh, so if you have them ready to go right now, maybe I'll wait for the delivery; otherwise I'd rather get them tomorrow."
"OF COURSE they're fresh! You're so insulting. Are you saying I have old flowers?" Came her angry reply.
"Whoa, hang on, lady. I'm not insulting you. I don't want to assume anything, that's why I asked the question."
"You ARE insulting. What flower dies in a day?" She went on with her rant. It was hard to understand her at times, because of her heavy accent, but you could almost taste the bitterness in her voice. "... Since we're talking already, what's the address you want this sent to tomorrow!"
"OK," I tried to calm down and not react, "do you have a pen ready?"
"OF COURSE I have a pen ready! What do YOU think?! It's not a kid running this place. I know what I'm doing. You think it's a kid playing around here?"
OK, that's it. "Listen, lady, I'm not here to pick a fight with you. Is there someone else I can talk to? Because I'm DONE talking to you."
"No one else. I'm the only person here."
"Fine. In that case, don't bother. Cancel the order. I really don't want to get anything from you."
"Cancel! So what! I don't want to send you flowers either!" Click.
WTH? What is she, Miss PMS Central?
I'm mad enough to do a reverse look up online to find out which flower shop it is (got their number from the call log on my cell). Getting flowers should be a happy occasion. This woman ruined a romantic gesture, and she's ruining the reputation of the shop. We would NEVER do business with them again. Unbelievable!!
Pros: No idea
Cons: Unbelievably RUDE

This flower shop is convienently located in the financial district next to the Pyrmaid Building. This means that many businesses will be going here for gifts and so forth. Healow's has more than flowers to choose from. They have plenty of unique gifts such as special puzzles to suit your gift's needs. There are also teddy bears and balloons. On Fridays, all flowers are half off and there still many bouquet selections to choose from. The service is great and so are the flowers.

Healow’s Flowers is one of those old fashioned flower stores that you can go into and dream romantic again, even if it’s just on your lunch break. A bit pricey (good flowers always are), but your significant other will definitely appreciate it.
