Ghirardelli Square is a popular tourist attraction located north of Fisherman’s Warf. It is a restored factory of the once upon a time Ghirardelli Factory. I think overall Ghirardelli square is a bit of a disappointment. Filled with little shops that are not much different from what you could find in your local mall. My wife and I came half expecting to see a historic factory instead we found a little strip mall. The one good thing about Ghirardelli square is the ice cream shop that is one thing defiantly worth a stop but the rest of the square is probably not worth your while.
