In case you didn't know, Starbucks owns Scharffen Berger. If you're a Starbucks supporter, than by all means eat their wonderful chocolate offerings. Like the chocolate covered espresso beans. YUM! But for cripes sakes, there's enough fancy chocolate out there (at the Ferry Building even) that you could easily avoid going the big corporate chain route when it comes to fulfilling this essential fix. Oh, their cocoa is amazing too. There is a reason why bakeries that use Scharffen Berger chocolate tell you they use Scharffen Berger. But then again, there's a reason why Scharffen Berger doesn't say anywhere that they're owned by Starbucks. Oh snap!
