They sold me the wrong lock and then refused to stand by their work or refund my money. They were extremely rude when I called to explain what happened and their customer service manager spoke over me everytime I tried to talk and hung up on me. I hired them to put in a lock on my back door, which did not have a lock. They looked at the door, recommended a lock (the most expensive they had) and then offered to install it for an outrageous $190. I purchase the lock but said I would install it. When I went to install it I found out the lock was completely inappropriate for the thickness of the door, which any experienced locksmith would have instantly known could only by serviced by a flat jimmy proof type lock. When I called to request a return of the lock they sold me in error they provided the worst excuse for customer service I have experienced in the Bay Area.
