When you work 9-6 and don’t have that much time to buy gifts, you can hire this firm and they will provide you with a questionnaire about what sort of gift you want to purchase. By the time you finish it, they are ready with a profile of a gift and they will buy it for you and ship it to you or the person who is getting the gift. Pretty cool service and it does not cost too much!

They have very fine quality cards and paper, but don’t look for any of that Hallmark Stuff, because you won’t find it here! Avant Card is more like the designer clothes of cards. The staff here are very friendly too.

Las Santaneca, in the deep Mission is packed until 3am (sometimes later) every weekend with locals throwing back Coronas and eating some of the best El Salvadorean food in the city. I go there all the time late at night and the food is always the perfect way to put a cap on a serious night of good times.

Since my insurance allows me to go to an ophthalmologist, that is who I see for complete eye examinations VS. an optometrist. I was incorrectly diagnosed for an infection by an optometrist, which led me to believe that they do not have enough training. This ophthalmologist is friendly and personable, so is his office staff.

She came highly recommended to me. Luckily, I did not have to use her services. I was impressed by the size of her firm, which probably explains the size of her bill. She charged me for every form of contact I had with her (email, telephone). I don't doubt her abilities, she is very knowledgeable.

We had a leak and we hired them to find the source of it. While I won't know if they actually solved the problem until after the rainy season, I do know their inspector, Rod, was very professional and convinced me by flooding the trouble area that they've isolated the problem down to a single shingle. They're not cheap, but I felt like we were doing everything we could to ensure water didn't floor my living room mid-December.

I like the San Francisco Examiner. They are a free publishing news paper in San Francisco with great local views and same news you would find in the San Francisco Chronicle, without the cost- I especially like that the writing and topics are on things that I like, like the show 24, and the ins and outs of the city. It's also great because the people who work here aren't big time writers trying to make a hit or anything like that, but people writing about interesting topics and great ideas!
