I gave a 6 month gift of People PC service last Christims. After the 6 month period, my credit card kept being billed. I called and stopped the service. Several months later I stated getting paper bills. After calling (India) again to fix the problem, and was told it was fixed I got another bill the next month. I called again and after over an hour of talking to India and several transferrs (one of them to the Spanish line) I finally got a supervisior and was told the account was never cancelled after the 6 month period and the bill was valad.

I gave a 6 month gift of People PC service last Christims. After the 6 month period, my credit card kept being billed. I called and stopped the service.
