This was a nice spa- not the best that I have ever been to, but still very nice. They had a few spa packages that made things a bit more affordable so they were not terriibly expensive. The place was clean and the atompshere was good. I liked the staff but the treatments were not quite as relaxing or calming as they have been in some of the other places that I have gone to. Overall though, it was an ok experience for an ok price and if you happen to be in the area I would recommend you stop in.

Spa Seven is a little hidden secret in the heart of SF. It offers plenty of high class services that you will entice you. The staff are very, very professional and helpful. The place is impecably clean...this is a great plus! Prices are competitive. Spa Seven is hands-down the best day spa in Pasadena. Beautiful facility. I've had all the services and I like them all. It can get very crowded if you go on the weekends but if you must go on a Saturday or Sunday just make your appointment for 7:00 am when the spa is still empty. It makes all the difference.
